Japanese Animator advises foreigners not to pursue a career in the Anime Industry

Same problem with the video games industry. People want in cause they're passionate about something and get exploited to hell. Japan also has a really fucked up work culture, I wouldn't advise moving there solely for a job anyway. Vacation? Perhaps. Live there? Definite no.
