Wait this sounds like it is just trading on a name with no real content.

“Many of the stories were withdrawn, because Ellison acted like a dick. Of the ones that remain, most of them are by writers who are now deceased, so the rights have expired and the estates would have to be traced. A lot of the writers have disowned their stories as juvenilia, or outdated, or simply because Ellison was acting like a dick.”

Is this the Duke Nukem Forever of Sci-fi anthologies? A lot of short Sci-fi stories are by design hyper sensitive to the cultural conversations of the day and don't age well with time.

I think I will want verification this produces something good before I pay anything into this endeavor.

If it were run by anyone but jms, I would be dubious. But I trust him completely.

I never thought I'd see the day, this was finally published. I'll still only believe it when it's in my hands. I'm sorry Harlan won't be here to see it.
