    Nice apartments of reasonable size in good part of town with rent controls and permanent tenancy, what's not to like? Just turns out people with means like them just as much as people without. I am curious what Sweden/Stockholm will do about access to those without.

    Richer people in the major cities frequently buy apartments on the private market, or a share in a co-op, which are frequently suspected of favoring people who already know other co-op members.

    ...this portion makes it seem. Or are they referring to other apartment blocks and no these Barnrikehus apartments?
