Overall, it's a story about them trying to get one/two last slaughterfests in before being outlawed entirely. However, I found the image of this quote amusing:
He of course means "There are whales we can hunt out there" but I read it as a bunch of whales waiting in the shadows with various improvised weapons ready to shank the whalers.
This is the kind of niche film Hollywood's been crying out for. 'Free Willy' just isn't where it's at any more when it comes to large marine mammals on the big screen.
