Those strawberry punnets made out of veneer offcuts are nice. And it's probably something you could scale using 'robots' or machines as the labour cost would be too high for small farmers to absorb.
But like other high-labour things (e.g. Bamboo or Vetiver grass), they don't seem to get the uptake in Australia because of our labour costs.
