      Yeah I have definitely heard of the concept of a revenue neutral carbon tax. Amplifying that with printing money would be very powerful.

    Overall, though, I'm not sure what this accomplishes that a properly structured cap & trade program with carbon credits wouldn't. You wouldn't be handing out money, instead you'd be having everyone who emits carbon be paying people who sequester or enable removal of carbon.
