    If I'm not mistaken, it's pretty much a mirror of the FTSE Global All Cap index, which you can buy under the ticker VT, among other options. Also, you can look up what they're currently investing...

      part of the argument in the article is that they would have lower fees, though I'm not sure how much of a difference a few basis points makes
