    So what can actually be done? A lot more people have degrees today so it's harder to stand out. And a lot of the time hard work just isn't enough. ANd a lot of the time people aren't paid what...

    So what can actually be done? A lot more people have degrees today so it's harder to stand out. And a lot of the time hard work just isn't enough. ANd a lot of the time people aren't paid what they are worth, but have families. So what is the answer? Raise wages? More education? Should more people be seeking trade based careers?
