It's view count based, so you can just clear your *.bloomberg.com cookies to get around it.
And if you have Firefox, I recently started using Forget Me Not to automatically delete all cookies as soon as I leave a site, unless I whitelist them. It works great for basically permanently avoiding the majority of soft paywalls that sites like Bloomberg, WaPo, NYT, etc. use.
