    The problem with this is that it doesn't take into consideration of the "employment" that is commonly and traditionally* done by women such as taking care of kin (children and elderly) and also...

    The problem with this is that it doesn't take into consideration of the "employment" that is commonly and traditionally* done by women such as taking care of kin (children and elderly) and also households. It's an invisible employment that supports society and the economy.

    *For the reactionaries: it's not an endorsement of gender roles, it's reality.
