      I thought the tea dip ~1990 was interesting. I believe that was about the time "black teas cause cancer" and "we're getting reused tea leaves" era. Didn't think it would be such an obvious dip.

    Funnily enough, as Canada's potato consumption decreases, China is trying to push potatoes as its staple crop because it is more water and land efficient. Don't know how well it will work though, people love their rice. I can't imagine switching to a potato-based diet myself.
