    I'm all for lab-grown meat and it's great to see them slowly becoming more viable. Anything we can do to reduce our species meat consumption is a good thing for us, ethically speaking, and our environment, because of how inefficient the land use is and how much greenhouse gases the industry produces. But honestly, I am more excited by the impossible burger and other similar imitation products than anything else, simply because of the possibility of them being able to convert us meat eaters to vegetarians.

    p.s. The WSJ released a very good video a few days ago on lab grown meats, the growing legal battles surrounding them, and even features a taste test of Aleph Farms product:
