    That was a lot of fun. The chef was clearly enjoying it, and it was justifiably proud of her results. I'll probably not make them myself, but it's really cool to see it done.

      Yeah, I don't think any of the stuff on the Gourmet Makes series is really meant to be made by people at home despite them providing a recipe at the end. IMO it's more about seeing just how...

      Yeah, I don't think any of the stuff on the Gourmet Makes series is really meant to be made by people at home despite them providing a recipe at the end. IMO it's more about seeing just how difficult replicating the processed foods we take for granted is, even when attempted by a talented chef like Claire, and appreciating her efforts when she actually manages to pull it off successfully. I highly recommend watching the entire series, they are all equally fun to watch:
