I am less and less impressed by the quality of Bloomberg's coverage every day. This article is a mess. The only actual facts in there is that some chains are dealing with supply shortages. From this one bit of anecdata they've decided to characterize this as "hit-and-miss availability" and gotten a quote from some random woman at a random data analytics company talking about needing to "prove that they can deliver day in day out," which is such a substance-free bit of pabulum that you would think it came from John Madden. And aside from that it's a bunch of so-and-so failed to comment and statements about the exact reasons being unclear.

So we got an entire article full of fluff to say Impossible Foods is having trouble scaling up production of its burgers because of how quickly they're expanding. Cool, but this story is underbaked and extremely lazily researched. Is Bloomberg having trouble finding decent editors? I know of several in need of a job.

I tried a sample of the burger and it was very good. I'd consider ordering it over real beef in a taco or something like that.
