I always feel like the inclusion of Kraft on these lists is borderline. Yeah he was born in Canada, and Kraft Mac & Cheese is (supposedly) Canada's "National Dish" [1]
But I've also heard from several Americans that Alanis Morissette is an America musician and Keaneu Reeves is an American actor.
Basketball is universally considered an American sport, despite being invented by a Canadian living in America.
With that said, I don't know why we get blamed for processed cheese and Justin Beiber when those things happened on US soil.
