Business Insider has several good short video series:

So Expensive, this one that tries to explain why some things, both luxury goods and not, are expensive. Typically because of the specialized labor or time involved, but sometimes it's you can also see through the BS and that it's "because people will pay whatever we charge them." It also sheds an indirect light on worker exploitation in some cases, primarily in India and the like, where they'll discuss how much a something costs at each stage and you quickly see how the wholesalers at the top, doing the least amount of work, are making an unjustifiable amount of money.

Still Standing, about industries you're probably unaware still exist and how they remain in business or have come back from the brink.

World Wide Waste, about new ways of recycling that you were likely unaware of, cleanup projects, and the difficulties in dealing with certain kinds of waste.

Rise and Fall, about the growth and implosion of various companies, industries, or the ways that some industries are being threatened by new tech and techniques.

Big Business, about generally large, populous, or difficult things/businesses.

There are others, but those are the short form videos that are, pardon the pun, easily digestible when I'm having breakfast. Well, except for the horse semen episode, which I elected to watch when I wasn't eating yogurt.
