    I tested this at PAX this year, and I was really impressed. They've taken the better route of basing their advertising on proven hardware, rather than the other way around. It's still a little odd...

    I tested this at PAX this year, and I was really impressed. They've taken the better route of basing their advertising on proven hardware, rather than the other way around.

    It's still a little odd to have the board be the reflecting surface, but I've been easily intrigued enough to back it.

    Not sure how far you can go with this but somehow I have more faith in AR than VR, apparently even for gaming. It somehow seems a more natural fit for the technology.

    I've got to say the tech breakdown is incredibly impressive. There's a lot of attention to detail to get this to work in a variety of environments and to have a low spec requirement given that...

    I've got to say the tech breakdown is incredibly impressive. There's a lot of attention to detail to get this to work in a variety of environments and to have a low spec requirement given that multiple headsets could be running at the same time from different views. Super cool to hear about how they designed each part of it from the projector to the cameras to the headset and everything inbetween.
