    Wasn't a big fan of Endless Space, but ES2 seems pretty great so far. Probably won't tear me away from my GSG games altogether, but it'll be nice when I want to play something a little more...

    Oh, and Endless Legend is basically Civilization on steroids. An insane amount of detail in that game.

      Yeah, Endless Space had some annoyances like the eternally retreating enemies. ES2 is much better and it's a lot more like 'Endless Legend in Space' than the original Endless Space itself. ES2 is...

      Yeah, Endless Space had some annoyances like the eternally retreating enemies. ES2 is much better and it's a lot more like 'Endless Legend in Space' than the original Endless Space itself. ES2 is also moddable as hell, every aspect of the game is open to modification.

      Their online forums share the same level of good design. We were looking at that when talking about future designs for tildes - the feedback system for ideas is excellent.
