Which video game antagonist suffered the worst fate and why?
Of all video games out there where a good guy beats a bad guy, which bad guy do you personally feel got the shittiest end of the stick? I recently beat Mother 3 and SPOILER Porky's fate seemed kinda fucked, what with him being permanently sealed away, unable to die, for all eternity in the Absolutely Safe Capsule.
It's been a while since I've played this one but the first thing that came to mind is the antagonist from Fable II. It's more like a "shitty" death in the sense that he's killed off right in front of you by another character, and it's kind of just like a "wtf why lol" moment.

This is the only thing I remember from this game
I had such mixed feelings about that ending.
One part of me actually enjoyed it. It was nice having another character play such a role. Like the character actually mattered to the endgame rather than most where your allies/partners/squad mates are simply there to help you get to that point.
The other part was like “Maaaaan I wanted to do that!”
That's fantastic. That's exactly how I'd expect a Fable game to handle that haha
Saints Row 2. Shogo Akuji (the man who had Johnny Gat's girlfriend killed) disrupts her funeral. Johnny beats the everloving crap out of him (punching him through a tombstone at one point), merely telling him "Get up" every time he goes down. He finishes up by letting him live. More specifically, he hauls some corpse out of its casket, throws Shogo into it, and buries him alive.
The bad guy in Syberia 2 (I'm pretty sure it was 2) got pecked to death by emperor penguins.
