Well it's about time! I hope it's as good or better than it's predecessor, because if so I'm going to be over the moon.

Same here! I've recently gone back to Warband to try and round out my achievements. My only concern is the devs said there may not be Linux support right off the bat, hopefully it works with Steam...

Instant buy for me. I found the price tag a bit shocking though, especially when i paid £5 for Warband in 2011.

I don't find the price difference all that shocking considering M&B and Warband were games developed by 2 people in their spare time (and despite being awesome, looked it), and Bannerlord has been developed by a studio of over 100 people (and looks it). Regardless of the price, Bannerlord is still an instant buy for me too though, since M&B and Warband are amongst my all-time favorite games. IMO there is nothing quite as satisfying as getting long distance headhots with a bow while on horseback in those games... although watching heavily armored NPC after NPC go spilling off their siege ladders when you take them out with a single arrow is a close second, despite feeling a bit like shooting fish in a barrel. ;)

I can't wait to waste another 3 years playing this game. It's so nice to hear that it's finally releasing.

Looking at the trailer, I thought wow they finally made some advancements on the graphics. The screenshots tell me otherwise. Looks like an expansion for the initial games, hope I'm wrong!

Lol. All these people saying w00t it's finally out... Wrong. They ran out of money and need you all to pay to play the unfinished version so they can keep working on it. Early access is a scam.

Well, I'm sure if that were true it certainly would not be the first time a developer did such a thing, but do you have any sources to back that idea up, or is it just a hunch?
