It has now been purchased by US-based global management firm Macarthur Fortune Holding through one of its funds, Platinum Fortune.
So mostly a capital investment than a company that is likely to have material input like EA or Activision/Blizzard etc. Interesting to see whether the inevitable push for further monetisation fucks them up, but I doubt things will change too much.
I can add it to the title, but I don't think the name of an unknown private equity company is very meaningful. If anything, I'd think that might be worse than being acquired by an actual gaming...
