I played Myst for the first time just a few years ago and really enjoyed it. I've probably forgotten enough of the puzzles by now to be able to enjoy it again. And doing so in VR would be icing on the cake.
I sure hope they've revamped that awful tunnel maze near the end though. I had to draw up a proper map, and it took me hours to complete the path to the exit.
It's not Oculus exclusive, it has Steam and GOG pages up as well. It sounds like the Oculus Quest version is releasing first, and then there will be a version later that can be played in non-VR...

Ditto on that. A game mostly focusing on looking around and flipping switches seems like a good match for VR. Hey! You just made me realize that I have Cyan's last game, Obduction, and it is...

Hey! You just made me realize that I have Cyan's last game, Obduction, and it is supposed to support VR. I really aught to try that experience out.

Well, I somehow missed that 'unfinished' bit in your comment, because I could not enjoy the experience. Using your face to point at things and interacting with the world is deeply uncomfortable...

Oh gosh, I'm sorry, of course that first wave of VR experiences took the mouse-to-eye translation a little too literally. Maybe you would do better without the headset? I stand by the immersive...

I stand by the immersive worldbuilding -- the "unfinished" part is about a notable anticlimax which fits with the story they tell, but seemed to me like a cut-for-dev-time kind of compromise. Stay upright, friend.

I have no interest in this if it's always an Oculus exclusive. But it'd be another good reason to get a Vive if it comes over.
