Weekly coronavirus-related chat, questions, and minor updates - week of June 6

Well, finally happened. Was out at a conference in California last week, and even though proof of vax was required for entry, I still caught it.
Woke up the morning after I got back (Sunday) with a sore throat, cough, and sinus pressure. Home test came back positive. Went to an urgent care and they verified it and sent me home and said come back if symptoms get worse.
This morning (Monday) I still feel pretty crappy. Cough, sinus drainage, a little achy, and a slight fever (99.6F).
