    I'm very grateful to everyone making sure that the light shone on long COVID (and the funding) doesn't leave the rest of us behind. Many many folks with long COVID are fully aware of what they share with those of us with similar post viral illnesses and disabled people in general, but some doctors have been trying to claim that long COVID is somehow special (and that the rest of us who got sick long before COVID existed are a separate group of patients, filled with fakers).
