As I write this, it's been announced 24 hours ago and comes in full effect in a few minutes. Today, Brussels became weird. You couldn't really see the effects of the coronavirus here until now; we didn't have panic, overall everything was pretty chill. Today there was a big shopping rush, and … almost everything else was dead. Even though everything was still open today, most people just accepted stuff would be closed.

I took an usually-very-busy metro that was nearly empty, coming back from the usually-extremely-busy skating rink that was also nearly empty. Check out this screenshot from earlier today.

OT, clicking the "europe.belgium" tag brings me to this page which doesn't list the topic. The "belgium" tag does work though. Weird. @deimos?

Just timing - it no longer has the "europe.belgium" tag, @mycketforvirrad re-tagged it. For location tags we've always just been using the country names, not a larger region/continent above it.
