Not grief, but trepidation, for me. These circumstances both induce anxiety (but I suffer from anxiety-related issues, anyway) and a feeling of hopeful change. I'm disconnected from the world at large, to a degree. That is, I don't have meaningful work. I'm aware of the danger (more so than many, it seems) and lament the dead/dying, yet I feel current events to be an interesting adventure. More joy than grief, to be honest.

I found this a very good read, and it’s helped me to recognise a lot of the emotions I’ve felt during the last two weeks in lockdown (I had symptoms so was forced to isolate before the big lockdown here in the UK). I feel like I’ve come through to acceptance in the past few days, although I imagine I might slip into other stages as time goes by.
Shared it with a lot of people I care about, particularly those I know are having a hard time.
