Daily coronavirus-related chat, questions, and minor updates - April 27

Coronavirus supplies find their way to Monterey County despite Chinese export restrictions.
I would guess this kind of smuggling via mislabelling is pretty common, but they don't tell journalists unless the cause is good.
Our state government here in São Paulo has made an app and used a TV channel to broadcast school subjects and activities for us to do. They also added a live chat to the app to get the 2 or 3 correct answers from students and try to correct the misconceptions they presume we have (although how they're finding these answers in a live chat where up to 70k people are live simultaneously is beyond me, and this was as productive as any big streamers' chat on twitch.) The main advantage is I don't need to read the chat so I can focus on what they're saying. The main disadvantage is that the grades aren't broadcasted simultaneously but one by one, meaning that there isn't enough time to convey all the subjects in one day.
