Victoria reimposes lockdowns on Greater Melbourne region plus Mitchell Shire as coronavirus cases rise by record amount

Mercifully my local supermarket hasn’t been destroyed by panic buys.

Less mercifully, the hard lockdowns in the Flemington and Kensington are going predictably badly. Lots of people in withdrawal, with limited access to healthcare and (apparently) information and clarity is hard to come by.
