From my vantage point in Canada, I continue to be stunned at the inaction by the governments in various parts of the United States. We implemented various requirements (mandatory social distancing, mask wearing, etc.) regionally across the country long before numbers got to even a fraction of what the US is facing today. I feel sorry for US regions that are suffering due to government not grasping the magnitude and gravity of the crisis that has hit the planet.
