Hopefully Moderna is gonna be fully approved soon as well. Not that I'm too worried, but if the full approval is what is holding back some requirements to be fully vaccinated, I don't want someone being "well, you got Moderna so it doesn't count since it's not fully approved yet." (Plus it seems to be doing better against Delta, at least in my state-- the rate of breakthrough infections is lower for those who received Moderna vs Pfizer or JnJ)

Hopefully this gets some of the holdouts I know on board, but I'm afraid it's just gonna expose it as the latest excuse people latched on to that could at least sound like an informed decision, rather than a post hoc rationalization of why they won't get the shots.

Now that a vaccine has been fully approved, I can’t wait for the Department of Energy to mandate vaccination at all of its sites (including my own).

I would expect not. I've heard interviews with unvaccinated people where in one breath they say you can't trust the government and in the next they say the problem with the vaccines is they don't...

This is one of the largest talking points I have from the vaccine hesitant for why they have not gotten the vaccine yet. Hopefully this helps shift some more hearts and minds to protect themselves, their families, children, and community

I would expect not. I've heard interviews with unvaccinated people where in one breath they say you can't trust the government and in the next they say the problem with the vaccines is they don't have full FDA approval. Further scientific research and bureaucratic stamping won't sway them.
