A huge part of their business model is to flood their opponents with legal fees and paperwork until they are forced to concede. Whether or not glyphosate causes cancer was probably never a thought in the jury’s minds. Let’s not also forget that the EPA that says it’s okay is also currently fucking over humanity to save some billionaires a few bucks.
