    Sorry but where does the title come from? It doesn't seem to have any relationship with the video, which was about people with learning disabilities needing sight tests in the first place and then extra support to deal with identified sight issues.

    On first reading it sounded like you meant when that sight test qualifies you for something, like learning to drive.
