I was able to find masks on Etsy. There are a bunch of people who appear to be just wholesalers (e.g. thousands of reviews) that I would avoid, but I specifically searched in my area and went looking for accounts with fewer reviews. I figured less reviews meant less demand, so I'd be more likely to get them in a timely manner (since a lot of vendors are backed up considerably).

Doing this, I found the account for a local-ish independent clothing shop that was selling masks and had two reviews total. Ordered from them and got the masks a week later (and they're great quality). Don't know if you've already tried this route, but I figured I'd mention it in case it helps.

I had previously tried making my own out of a t-shirt following the CDC's no-sew guide here and hated the results, which is what prompted me to go ahead and pay up for something of better quality.
