Honestly though I'm not really thrilled to see that a lot of the effort that's being put in the electric automotive industry seems destined to these big, heavy, cumbersome vehicles...
Off-topic, but... Why is this in ~hobbies instead of ~tech with the other articles about electric vehicles? Normally I'd just move it, but you're a special case. :P

I'm totally fine with it in ~tech too, feel free to move it if you think that would have been a better choice.
