Great points here. When you think about it, the only difference between an ebike and an emotorcycle is one is big/bulky and one allows manual pedaling. Ebikes are extremely common and very practical. From what I can see, most food delivery is done on ebikes since they can be legally parked on the sidewalk out the front of takeaway stores and likely easier to deal with at the end of the day when they need to be charged.
There are just very few situations where you would want the motorcycle form factor over a mountain bike style form.

Its interesting to see that electric bikes/scooters are doing well - so there should be a market there, but it isn't being tapped at all.
His cheap EV conversation is really cool too. If I was more mechanically minded and/or in a better place for a motorcycle (either in the city or in a more rural area where you can just go for a ride), then that seems like a fun toy.
