Have you seen any other videos with Richard Wolff? I've watched a few of his presentations and quite like his ideas regarding democracy in the workplace - he has a weekly show called Democracy At Work (I've just realized that this is a pun).
I think my biggest criticism is that his tone of voice often comes across as berating. He will make a lot of subjective judgements with that tone that sounds like "you're an idiot if you don't think this". I'm on board with most of his ideas so it isn't off-putting but if I were listening to someone with very different views speak in that tone, I would probably turn it off.
