She died from side effects of her HIV infection, not from being beaten.
Now, whether it was murder for the facility's medical professionals to allow her to continue vomiting without rehydrating her, and without attempting to treat her... that's another question entirely. And then you'd need to consider the moral culpability of the Honduran gang members who raped her and infected her with HIV in the first place.
