    Don't know how much money UMC has in the coffers, I'm guessing two things based on the $25M they're offering the Traditionalist offshoot:

    1. They aren't expecting the offshoot to be very large.
    2. They don't have the $100B that the Mormon church has been hoarding.

    Going to go out on a limb (sarcasm) and say most major Annual Conferences are going to vote to stay, with only a few surprises of those that narrowly vote to leave. Also expecting rural US conferences to generally vote to leave. Expecting many of the African conferences to leave, while mos Europe and Asia conferences vote to stay.

      If I remember correctly, one of the major tipping points that stopped the UMC as a whole from taking a definitive pro-LGBT acceptance stance was the large number of votes from conservative African churches, so that would make sense.
