    I saw a half-dozen articles yesterday in my RSS feed, didn't bother to read any of 'em. My 3-second assessment was, essentially, "Superman is bi- now? Cool, Jimmy Olsen needs love, too ... but not important enough for me to read about".

    I only ended up reading this one because the title is so bad. What the hell is a "car-crash Superman"? What is 'the media' toxic about this time?

    Nutshell: Good intentions, but badly written article.

    "...how toxic the media has become towards queer issues."

    Seriously? "has become"? Does this person have any awareness of how 'the media' handled queer issues 20+ years ago, when they bothered to write about them at all?

    Also, the article is mostly just a collection of other people's tweets. I hate those kinds of 'articles'. On the 'plus' side, I now know they're talking about Superman's son, which seems like a better choice.
