Honestly that's great and really helpful to be able to have either parent transfer some that leave to the other but not all. Meaning parents who are less inclined to take time from work or are pressured by work not to can't send it all over and are still protected in what they take. But also if there's a parent breastfeeding or recovery from birth takes longer, the baby has some extended medical needs or just one really wants to hang more at home, that option is there too. And it worked in getting them to take more leave.
