CJ Hauser is great at what she does. She has a voice which is so distinctly her own, and she makes writing about these sometimes convoluted topics seem effortless. I wasn't big on The From-Aways...
CJ Hauser is great at what she does. She has a voice which is so distinctly her own, and she makes writing about these sometimes convoluted topics seem effortless. I wasn't big on The From-Aways if only because I don't find it particularly easy to relate to a story about two grown women (which I am not) living in Maine (which I have never even visited) and eating lobster (which I have never eaten), but her style made it a breeze to get through. I also hear good things about Family of Origin, but I've not yet read it.
