    I remember when Dollar stores actually sold everything for a $1. Then they started raising prices and got sued. Then they filed for the right to sell items for more than a dollar, "because that's just the name, not what we sell things for" and were allowed.

    Now dollar stores are overpriced crap.

      There are a handful of things that are worth it to get at the dollar store but the vast majority is overpriced poorly made crap that doesn't save anyone any money in the end.
