Christ, what a depressing and infuriating read. From the apparent complete lack of intelligence reports available on these alt-right hate groups, to the cowardice of the Democrats under Obama to label hate group murderers as "domestic terrorists", to the Trump admin undermining the domestic terrorist arms of Federal law enforcement, to the complete lack of action being taken against these groups (even during violent confrontations) by local law enforcement. This article genuinely makes me wonder if it's truly that they "don't know how to stop it" or if it's really just that many actually don't want to...
"Some of those that work forces, are the same that burn crosses."
So what are the actual tactical scenarios that you are describing here?
While I totally understand the applicable Rage Agains the Machine lyrics here, and I agree..
The law is a function of our democracy, and our media. Until we have the actual civil war/race war that the White Supremacists have been begging for, I will be fighting the in the normal democratic and media methods.. we must rely on our civil and media constructs. If we lose that war, then I’ll be the first to get my entire family the F out of here.
I don’t understand why the progressive/non-white supremacists/aka normal people are not playing the media game at all. The goal must be to get the police on our side, through the normal democratic means.
The “antifa protest” at Tucker Carlson’s house is a great example of how we seem to working really hard at losing the media battle. Rupert Murdoch is laughing at the lack of strategy.
Edit: I apologize for a relatively off-topic reply, I have been stewing on this for a long time, and the other peer level comment is gone... I should probably post a topic on this entire thougt in ~talk.
