    Unfortunately the video's 3 years old so a few things (Russian sanctions lifted by Trump, who is might be his biggest political win in his lifetime, Medvedev being a likely sucessor to Putin) have changed but I presume the general situation is the same.

    A video explaining how Russia's economic struggles are converted politically into an increasingly unstable and dissenting oligarchy and a more unstable public.

    The FSB thing I wasn't even aware of. If that's true, this paints a dire picture of Putin's situation: if his own enforcers can bite at him, how good are his chances? Which isn't to say he's going...

    Which isn't to say he's going to fall any time soon, or be replaced – I'm not qualified to say either – but it does expose the cracks in the armor that he's been putting on.
