Avengers: Doomsday won't be shown in IMAX on opening weekend in the US, because Dune: Part Three already reserved the slots

I used to not care much about IMAX but Dune really changed that for me, so I’m definitely seeing this one in IMAX. Would be nice to see Avengers in IMAX but I really don’t think it matters for...

I'm gonna be getting my tickets as soon as I can for Dune Part 3, but also waiting patiently for Dolby release of the Spider-verse finale. When I used AMC A*list I saw so many movies in IMAX.

Did they charge you an extra fee per ticket for IMAX? I had the Regal Unlimited pass and it didn't include IMAX or "premium" screenings in the nicer theaters.

A-list doesn’t charge for IMAX or other premium screens like how Regal Unlimited does

A*list did not. It's annoying because I moved recently and the closest major chain is a Regal so I might as well just buy the tickets separately :( I have a lot of indie theaters near me though so...

I have a lot of indie theaters near me though so it's fine for the most part!
