This article is hilarious :D I'm seeing a general trend where a lot of crap gets lots of views on Netflix. Must be boredom!

Their content doesn't have to be good, just good enough to allow viewers to veg-out on the couch. 'Lowest common denominator' content does very well in this format.

The Order is my current dirty pleasure. The plot is terrible and the acting is so painfully melodramatic that it seems like they're insulting the intelligence of the audience. And yet it's not entirely bad. But that's almost entirely because every episode so far has featured muscular young men without shirts.

Edit: Actually that's not quite fair. They also have a good share of jokes that are actually funny.

Well, I guess I'll have to watch it.

I'm usually way behind on the mocking-bad-media trends; I watched The Room for the first time last month, and I still haven't read or watched Twilight or 50 Shades, or seen the final season of Dexter, so I couldn't participate in mocking any of them while they were still relevant. This time I'm going to join in, since the only investment is 2 hours in the couch.

    edit:

You know that feeling of dread you get during musicals, where the plot screeches to a halt so that some ninny can sing about their feelings? That’s how you’ll feel about the sex scenes in 365 Days.

Hey, lots of people like musicals. <_<

I mean if you want the authentic outrage experience, watch Game of Thrones and then head over to r/freefolk because they're still mad and still making memes about it.

That one I actually did get to participate in. I look forward to telling my grandchildren about how epically Game of Thrones fell from grace, and all the memes fans made to cope. And Star Wars....

And Star Wars. I'm not always late, just usually.
