Warner Bros is owned by ATT, and HBO is now owned by ATT. A few calls with their strategies team and some hyper-inflated growth and revenue charts and you have a winner.

I can't help but feel this is a direct response to Disney releasing Mulan on Disney+ to little fanfare. They're taking a hit on potential revenue in exchange for subscriptions that'll hold.

Wow. It’s basically free with a 30 day trial.

In the United States, we will also be making this remarkable movie available on HBO Max at no extra cost the same day that Wonder Woman 1984 premieres in theaters, for the first month of the film’s release.
