The is the first single from "Scenery and Fish" which is in my list of the top 50 albums of the 90s. This song has always been about the breakdown for me. Seeing them do an extended breakdown in a live show when I was a kid was one of the best "rock" moments of my teenage years. There's something about the dropped beat that really does it for me.

This is one of the songs that I sing during Karaoke with my kids.

If you enjoy this, then let autoplay take you through "Used to be Alright" afterwards. It's another great quintessentially 90s canadiana grunge rock song.

I own SO MANY BIG SHINY TUNES. I don't own 13 or 14 or the Big Shiny 90s or Big Shiny 80s, but I think I have all the others. They were fantastic compilations.

Yeah ditto, I own all of them but the best of the decade 80's and 90's ones. The first 4 were the soundtrack of high school for me and I absolutely adore 90s and 2000s rock, grunge and alternative. Whoever was in charge of Big Shiny's song choices at Much Music had amazing taste too since they are all rock solid compilations and it's pretty rare I ever skip a track once I start playing them. It's really a shame they stopped making them. :(
