Kino are legendary here in Russia. Their music has a very special place in my heart, because every time my melancholia brings me down more than usual, it's their songs that bring me comfort and raise my spirit.

I have really discovered them when I was on a vacation in Tatarstan after being in therapy for three months (which was the maximum my country pays for at the moment). I've heard their music before, you pretty much cannot live in Russia and not hear it, but I never really listened to it until then. I think it was 2010, the 20 year anniversary of Tsoi's death, and the TV showed multiple documentaries about the band. This song in particular got stuck in my head, but it wasn't annoying, it was soothing and healing. Needless to say, when I was back home, I started listening to them a lot, and I think that contributed to my life getting more normal eventually.

    I hope you enjoy it.
