      I thought this was going to be a song based on the topic title, and was incredibly confused when the vox video started playing. Do you mind if I change the title? I was thinking your comment here...

        Edit: Sorry, I see now. I kept thinking the comment was a description of the content.
        Next time I'll just use a colon and make the description like a subtitle.

          There are three fields in the topic submission page, which give you 3 options for ways to submit topics: Title + Link (no Text) = Link topic Title + Text (no Link) = Text topic (e.g. the...

          There are three fields in the topic submission page, which give you 3 options for ways to submit topics:

          Title + Link (no Text) = Link topic
          Title + Text (no Link) = Text topic (e.g. the ~tildes.official discussions)
          Title + Link & Text = Link topic, and the "Text" ends up as a comment

          The last option was added as an accommodation to people who wanted to submit article summaries along with their Link Topics, so that they could do so without feeling rushed into making a comment after they had already submitted the Link Topic.

          p.s. You don't need to use markdown in the link field... just a plain URL works. And feel free to play around submitting stuff in ~test if you need to. :)
